About ME

My name is Daniel Golan, a 34-year-old private chef with over 15 years of experience in the culinary world. Throughout my career, I have worked in renowned restaurants and luxury hotels in Israel and around the world, developing a diverse culinary background and a deep passion for hospitality.

I specialize in creating unforgettable dining experiences for all types of events—from weddings and birthdays to corporate gatherings and intimate private dinners. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or simply craving exceptional food, my goal is to deliver an experience that goes beyond the plate.

My cuisine is rooted in Israeli and Mediterranean flavors with a modern fusion approach and seasonal influences. I also bring a strong connection to my heritage through subtle inspirations from Moroccan and Mexican cuisine, creating menus that are both familiar and unexpected.

I was honored to reach the semifinals of the Israeli culinary competition show Chef Games and also participated in Israel’s Next Restaurant, experiences that further shaped my culinary identity and creativity.

Today, I provide private chef experiences across the United States, offering thoughtfully crafted menus, meticulous attention to detail, and warm, personalized service. Kosher Glatt events are also available upon request.
